I had a great experience at the Chase branch in Barrington. Jacob assisted me and was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. He took the time to understand my situation and resolved all of my issues efficiently. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciated his willingness to help. Really nice bank. Staff spent a lot of time with me addressing each question. There is some weird security measures they took to deposit some checks and so it was a slow ordeal. Good experience, just slow.

For one I will never come back to this bank I feel like I was racial profiled as soon as I handed the check to the teller Megan she looked at the amount and got another girl to look at it as well they looked over it for about fifteen minutes before I questioned was there a problem with the check they told me no she then proceeded to cash the check as she started counting the money she called the manager Bobby over he then looked at the check and told me that the check was already cashed in a different amount I then asked questions that they said couldn’t be answered I also asked for them to verify my check with the company that provided it they then told me they would took them about thirty minutes before I decide to call myself the check was verified and was still valid and not cashed I then told the manger Bobby what I was told handed him the phone when he then later seen he had mad a mistake I felt so embarrassed after all of this while all I wanted to do was cash my check definitely would not recommend this bank to anyone
