I have been working with FT for 2 years and moved to virtual at the beginning of Covid 19. FT suggested and sourced a few items for me to use in my new "at home" gym. Our workouts never stopped. I love working out virtually and FT makes it easy. At age 66, I continue to feel stronger and more confident.
