“After reading the reviews, I decided I just had to make an appointment to set up adding a car to my policy. Joanne was extremely efficient and helpful. When another client described it as ‘having my hand held’ I just knew I wanted that too! In no time my policy was updated, DMV paperwork filled out and printed, not to mention she made the DMV appointment for me right then and there! I don’t think I’ll go online for support again considering the lovely experience, cozy office space and one on one assistance. In todays world where everything seems to be disconnected and automated, it is a miracle to receive such individual connectivity. Thank you.”
