I was trying to return three items and the salesclerk could not find my items. I kept telling her it was on my charge. Finally she tried my charge. Bingo,. She might be new but you don't give your customers an attitude. I asked for the manager and she was standing write there. She could care less. I will not be shopping at the Barrington store. I don't know what happened to all the precovid girls. They were great,

I went there for a gift. The salesgirl was very helpful I didn't expect thisbut everything was 60%off.So I made a good decision going there. I found a lovely shaker knit button down cardigan. My G/F.Loved it and put right on.

Love Loft!! This location not so much but I go because Providence is too far-ish! The staff is kinda pushy and a little snobby! Which is actually kinda funny since their the ones that have the wrong closing time posted on Google, and since when is it okay to argue with customers about whose fault it actually is that the wrong time is posted. I think it needs to be explained in training, that when a customer says "you guys have the wrong time posted on google" I'm not blaming YOU personally but YOU do work for the YOU, so guess what....YOU!

This is my favorite Loft store because it blows any other out of the water when it comes to customer service. The staff is friendly, honest and not pushy.

Disappointing. I have been a loyal albeit infrequent customer. Was shocked by the difference in customer service. Staff spoke openly and inappropriately about negative customer experiences. No one offered any assistance until check out.

I walked into this store asking about a little gift box I was willing to pay for because I could not find one in the local retail stores. The girls acted like a was some kind of street urchin .(whatever that is). They looked at me like I had two heads and they were very rude and said they only give boxes to customers. They didn’t need to act like I wasn’t worthy of their time.
