Techs are very nice. But I have now been there twice where I told them I’m trying to let my eyebrows fill in but they keep removing them. Now they are thinner than what I started with, and I’m back to square one.

I have come here for a bit now and always have had a good experience. Today i went in and had an awful experience. The threading was harsh and at one point missed my eyebrow and hit me in the eyelid completely. I now have major swelling and literally looks like I have a black eye.

They are nothing short of amazing! This was my first threading experience and I couldn't have asked for better results! They listened to all my requests and gave great recommendations for future visits. My thin brows end up looking so much fuller and I don't have to fill them in with pencil anymore! I will never pick up a pair of tweezers again.

Last Months I Purchase Herbs ? from a Man Called Dr Agbomian and I started to use the medication he send to me. He said that I will used the medication for 3 weeks that I will get cured. Of course I don’t believe it, That I will ever get cured from HPV that I got from My EX boyfriend. Believe me that I use it for only just 1 weeks and some Days I found out by my medical doctor that runs some test on me. Told me that I have be cured from the disease that I have for 4 months now, All thanks ? to Dr Agbomian that I have my life back. I recommend

I am normally happy with the service at salon thread, but it is 10:15 on Monday morning and nobody is here yet. The stated hours on the door and on the website is 10 AM. I stopped here on my way to an appointment and have already waited 15 minutes. There is no sign on the door stating they will be opening at a different time. I called,and there was no answer, but the voicemail stated the same hours, consistent with what's on the door and the website. I cannot wait any longer. This is very disappointing. As I'm sitting here other customers have also arrived tried the door and then got in their cars and left.

I was a member for years. When updating credit card information, a duplicate account was created. I was charged 2x per month for a little over a year. I take full responsibility for not noticing sooner, but once I brought it to the salons attention, they immediately apologized and said they would send me a reimbursement check. After a few weeks, I was charged again in error, again they apologized and agreed to reimburse. It has now been 2 months, and Shally, once responsive, has stopped responding altogether to recent messages and I still not have been reimbursed. It’s definitely disappointing since they were so quick to respond and up until that point, had been a very happy customer of the Barrington, RI location. They charged me in error for over a year, apologized, and agreed to send a refund check - all that I am asking is for them to actually follow through on that!

I had a really great first experience here. I noticed that after this threading/eyebrow tint, it was the first experience I had when my eyebrows didn't break out in a rash. I'm not sure what this business does differently than other thread salons, but I will be back, primarily for this reason!

So happy with the Cumberland location!! I’ve had bad experiences other places making my brows thin. I just wanted a clean up and she did an amazing job! I’ll definitely be going here going forward! It was a nice, very clean space.

Friendly and welcoming. Great service and thorough threading...never rushed. You can't beat the monthly plan. It is worth it for me since I have my full face threaded, including brows and lip, on a regular basis. I can go as many times as I want for this service for 1 monthly fee. Highly recommend it.
