Michael, the Center Manager could not have been more helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. He was patient and extremely personable. Thank you Michael! 22 Parsonage St, Providence“This is hands down the finest, most professional, most efficient, and friendly UPS store I have ever been to. Even though it is not the closest UPS store near my office or home I come here bc no matter the time of day or the inevitable rush of customers that bring with it long lines you never wait long. They always have more than enough people at the counter moving things along, helping customers understand the often confusing messaging Amazon returns can generate, or a better and less expensive way to box and ship they are patient, willing to explain, assist, and show you what you can do better. I have had many experiences where Brian or Steve in particular have taken care of issues i never saw coming, with kind and generous effort despite how busy or exhausted i can see they are. As a management consultant is it obvious they work hard, care about their customers, and take pride in doing the best job possible. The culture of this particular UPS store is singular. 5 stars in every category.”

“They were extremely helpful, the Indian lady that works there went above and beyond to help me. I had my kids medicine overbighted to block island, it didn't make it in time. I had a flight to catch so she found my package as oppose to having go to block island and not having my kids hart meds. This place deserves major props!!!! I don't know the India lady's name but she needs a raise. That's how everyone should treat people.”

179 Highland Ave, Seekonk“I was at Staples a few weeks ago to get passport photos for my kids. Unfortunately, the photos came out a little bit dark. I thought the images would be fine, but a postal clerk said they were too dark and needed to be replaced with brighter ones. I then shared my experience in a Staples survey. I was surprised to receive a call from an assistant store manager shortly after to apologize for any inconvenience and offered a complete refund over the phone.I'm not sure what made passport photos to come out dark, but I must commend them for quick response and excellent customer service. Thank you”
“I live in Illinois and shipped a package to my cousin at the wrong address and it was delivered. I realized my error 4 days later and called the post office to see what could be done. Kim was amazing! She was able to have the courier retrieve my package from the wrong house and then was able to send it to the correct address for me. She called me 4 or 5 times with updates. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service!”
“They are always pleasant and helpful. This one time I brought in a package and I unknowingly wrote down the zip code wrong, right city, wrong zip. He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. Yes they are very helpful and kind.”

“Stopped here after work in search of something getting harder to find: casette tapes! (I drive an older vehicle that still has it's original sound system). Lo and behold, they had some, and good ones too (Springsteen, Phil Collins, U2, etc.). Ended up buying a half-dozen tapes. The shop is decent sized, and has a good variety of thrift and vintage items. It appeared to be fairly well organized (at least, the owner knew where to find things). Prices were very reasonable; besides a half dozen casettes by popular musicians, I got a small clock radio (which I will use as a work radio), for a total of $12. The young man running the store was very personable also.”
“I’ve been to this location more than a dozen times. Depending on when you go, the staff are extremely busy and do the best they can. Early in the morning and before they close are the busiest times I have found. While some might be preoccupied, the majority of them are extremely helpful, and are always doing their best to support the customers. Many of them go out of their way to tape the boxes, and to put the packages together for the customers. I personally go out of my way and utilize this location most because I find them to be most helpful.”

“I have a question I'm not even sure if you can answer it I had ordered some items to which they said it was delivered but I never got it or signed for it the driver told them he left it at the post office what can I do to see if it's thee I don't have a tracking number I just have a message saying if I didn't get my packages to check with the post office.”

“I was out of town at a business show and realized that I had left my business cards at home. The show was to start at 3:30 PM. I went into the Staples store in Providence, RI. The young man said let's look at what you need. After sending him the format that I needed he said we can do that. I said the show is today at 3:30 and it was 9:00 AM. He said we can have the business cards ready by 2:00 PM. Well guess what, they were ready by 1:00 PM. The customer service, product quality, and price I got were unbeatable.”

One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!Be kind and respectful to all USPS workers!”

Parking is adequate for the size of this P.O. and there is a huge parking lot connected to theirs if it happens to be full.”

“I've used their services for many years. I have shipped well over 50 shipments, couches, boxes, tables, chairs, you name it. I have never had one thing broken or lost. on one or 2 occasions, I have had a wet box due to very bad weather here in the DR, not their fault, maybe 'blame' the guy upstairs. Great service, good prices!! Keep it up Tim and Kenny.”
