Our carrier kept "missing" us and not delivering a piece of mail. We called this Post Office to find out if this was typical, and got Tracy who was condescending and rude. We called the next nearest PO for help, and they were unexpectedly delightful.

Everyone at this branch is the nicest. Always smiling and asking how they help. Our regular Carrier, Kathy who does Purchase st. is always so pleasant. Knocks on the door if the box is too big and always follows up with certified or registered mail the next day. We get 5 star service here. Thank you everyone.
