I recently took my dog to Style Unleashed for grooming, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. When I picked up my dog, she was soaking wet because the groomer was unable to complete her grooming. Although my dog was being very difficult during the blow-dry, the groomer’s unprofessional and rude behavior just made the situation worse. She made baseless assumptions about my dog’s past grooming experiences, claiming that my dog must have had a bad experience before, despite having no knowledge or evidence to support this.
The groomer even dismissed the idea of using a calming chew for my dog, despite not knowing her specific needs. Her dismissive attitude made it clear that she was not interested in understanding my dog’s needs or providing any service. Instead of being straightforward about the situation, she twisted my words to suggest that my dog was too difficult for anyone to handle, which simply isn’t true.
For $69.55, I received only a bath for my dog—no drying, nail trimming, or teeth brushing, services that were supposed to be included. Although my dog was challenging during the blow-dry, it was clear that the groomer didn’t even attempt to provide the additional services, leaving me feeling completely ripped off.
Overall, my experience at Style Unleashed was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism and care was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this grooming service to others. Pet owners and their dogs deserve quality care, professionalism, and attention, which we did not receive.

Staff went from being friendly to not being as pleasant since “new” changes/rules happened I always enjoyed how nice and friendly the staff were. Last time I took my pet there my dog came out kid of butchered

After a 10 year stint as a loyal customer, I had to switch groomers for my elderly and blind dog because I could no longer take the abuse every time I walked in the door. Karen would yell at me that I wasn't coming in enough even as I showed her I was coming every 8-10 weeks. She would apologize then proceed to yell at me at the next visit. This is the most expensive groomer around who nickels and dimes her long-time customers. They do an ok job grooming but no loyalty to loyal customers whatsoever. Go elsewhere!

Matty is so good with our Riley. He's a 12 year old Golden Doodle and has a hard time standing for very long and also gets very nervous at the groomers. She has been so patient and kind with him. She also gives the best haircuts we've had so far.

I have brought my labradoodle here a few times, each time giving them the benefit of the doubt and going back. One time they cut his entire eyelashes, the next time they cut his belly giving him an infection. This time they cut his ENTIRE tail. They said he had a mat, what labradoodle doesn’t! Instead of taking the time to brush it out they shaved his tail with no heads up. Will NOT go back.

Skilled groomers, attentive customer service, they care for the animals they work with and seem to love what they do. I am very happy with Styles Unleashed.
