TD is a great bank! The service is great and they have an ATM and have Sunday hours which is great! Plus all the representatives that work for them are so helpful and care about you and your family.
The reason for 4 stars is their customer appreciation has changed through the years. My kids and I used to get ice pops in the summer on hot days and cold waters to drink and my kids used to love the little gift they would get. I remember on rainy days someone came to your car with an umbrella. Those were the good old days of the 5 star TD .

It’s really inconvenient when we drive at least 30 minutes to take money from the ATM for it not to be working …. Many times ! So frustrating !

I am sick of driving from Fall River to this bank to withdraw MY OWN MONEY and the ATM refusing to GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! This is the 3rd time I’ve done this, sick of this place…

I've been Bank with TD Bank in the Barrington branch for a few years, their customer service is amazing, they are extremely helpful and Knowledgeable, Bryan Arboleda is attentive,professional, he adheres to the details, someone you should see for any of your banking needs. The level of professionalism and caring for his customers is always seen when you walk in.

Told over the phone that an in-person appointment is required to open a joint account. Confirmed with Linus at the Barrington Branch that masks were required. While waiting to be let in I could see that the staff inside were putting on masks only after seeing us at the door! We were let in and asked to wait and I noticed that bank personnel masks were not covering their noses! I was not comfortable waiting in a building where people had been walking around without masks and/or wearing them improperly. Linus was very apologetic (he did wear a mask), but we will find a bank that is better at customer (and employee) safety. TD Bank in Barrington needs to tighten up their mask protocols.

TD Bank is amazing! The workers are absolutely amazing! Dan McKenna was the worker that was helping me when I opened my account and and when I needed to make legal changes. When I made those changes, he called back the next day to see how everything was going with the account and that everything was in check! He was extremely helpfull and was very informative! I 100% recomend TD Bank and highly recomend to talk to Dan McKenna!
