good morning I had the pleasure of entering the Barrington Rhode Island UPS store on Maple Avenue as I needed some assistance with a document I had to send for an important client! I was greeted with a good morning upon my arrival and quickly knew I was in good hands as Matt was very eager to help. I had some issues sending them a document and Matt was able to come to the rescue! I will continue to use that store and mat is definitely a value added to your UPS store and your value company. Thank you!

I would go to another place with my business. They were absolutely not helpful. I needed up having to cut up two boxes and buy tape for 6 pieces of tape they made me buy a whole new roll of tape. Then for a cherry on top they told me they could not take the 2 extra boxes that were in need of recycling or disposal. “They share a dumpster “. Well they lost this customers business and hopefully sharing this will help ups… as a company understand there are options and this type of service is service to be removed

Customer Service is tops! I use this store regularly and I am always very pleased after my visit. Another note is that this store has the same employees…which tells me it is a nice place to work. That filters down to their care of their customers!
