The initial interaction was great, but the final product received was less than favorable. After picking up the dress, the sleeves were way too short and the beautiful embroidery was chopped off (!!!), the dress was still 1.5" too long and the waist was still 2 inches too wide. I had to use safety pins to adjust it myself so that I didn't look heavier than I was. I don't know her personally, but her work left much to be desired.

Please don't use this seamstress. Recently brought my daughters prom dress for alterations. Was quoted a price, which I thought was expensive to begin with, but decided to give it a chance. When the dress was ready to be picked up, she told me the cost was doubled, despite having a ticket with a quoted price. She never bothered to call me to tell me about the additional costs and went ahead and altered the dress anyway. When I asked her why she went ahead without any approval she couldn't answer the question, then continued to berate me as if I was in the wrong. In fairness, I did pay her some additional money but not double the price. Considering how Ms. Adrianna conducts business; she is lucky she got anything extra that after this interaction and customer service. As I was leaving the store, she told me "God was watching me". My response was "god was watching you rip off customers". Please don't use shop.

Adriana did an amazing job with my beautiful lace gown. I am well endowned in my chest, and she recreated the top portion in order to give me a little extra room, and also added straps that perfectly matched the dress and would help support my top. The bussle was gorgeous, and she did all of this in just about 3 weeks! I am so grateful to her for my beautiful dress, especially since this year, planning a wedding, has been less than easy. I recommend her to EVERYONE!! She is extraodinarily talented!

I have been Adriana's customer for 20+ years and can't even imagine going anywhere else. Her work is beyond spectacular, has always met the "will be ready by" promise, has designed and made out of the ordinary requests for me and will be incredibly missed when she retires. Adriana is kind, friendly and always has a smile in her face. I recently read the review here and was SHOCKED to see that Adriana was described as homophobic. Anything but that. As a wife to my wife, my experience has been a non-issue to her; she has ALWAYS been completely accepting of us. In fact, whenever we stop in by ourselves, she always asks how the other one of us is doing; when leaving her shop, she always ends the conversation with "say hello to... for me!" These are not the actions of a homophobe. If I could rate Adriana with more than 5 stars, I would mark each available star.

The owner is very rude, homophobic and she quoted me at $190 for a suit alteration for my up coming wedding in July. The owner asked me why I was wearing a suit and not a dress for my wedding then proceeded to give me a disgusted look and negative attitude after commenting that she couldn't believe what I was wearing. I had very few request for the alterations, such as hemming the pants and shortening the sleeves. I had a total of three suits with me and she said "hurry up and try them on; I have a lady waiting for the dressing room," even after that was the time I was scheduled to come in. Well of course I didn't try the other suits due to her poor attitude, and when I tried to take back my suit, after the pinning, she began to scream that I "wasted her time" and to get out of her shop. She then grabbed my pants and attempted to pull them out of my hands so that she could remove her 3 pins. I was absolutely appalled with the way I was treated. I have seen a lot in my profession as a police officer, but never have I never encountered someone this rude. I obviously went elsewhere and had my suits altered for $40 each without any hassle or bias.

WORST customer service I've seen in a long long long time. After taking a pair of woman's dress pants in for a new zipper ($18), the zipper once again broke. I took the pants back in to the shop. She told me I'd have to pay for the zipper AGAIN. Wore the pants ONCE and zipper broke again. Called the shop and woman refused to fix the defect. Can't believe she thinks this kind of business is acceptable. So now I'm out $36 AND still have a pair of dress pants that I can not wear.
