Extremely overpriced books. There are books to rent that are only 10 dollars less than the buy price. They say you can sell back your books for up to 50% of what you bought them for, but when you try to sell them they “aren’t buying them back at the moment”. I bought a book for $93 because the professor claimed it was needed, but come the end of the semester and it’s still in the plastic wrapping. If I had to guess, if they would have bought it back it would probably have only been for like $5. It’s a ripoff! Get your books somewhere else.

Everytime i have visited this bookstore it was a bad experience. From rude customer service (never a student worker) to ridiculous return policy. i bought a book and 3 days later was told i couldnt return it because it was past the date to return. Last time i spoke to an employee they told me i had 15 days to return the book, someone wasnt telling the truth. Ill never spend another dollar in that store with their basic and over priced books and apparel. Dont be like me and waste your time and money here, find alternatives!

If you need textbooks you can get them for much cheaper on amazon with less hassle.Rented some textbooks for the convenience of picking them up at my school's bookstore even though they were much cheaper pretty much everywhere else. At the end of the semester, I had to go home early because I got COVID. So, I had to return my rentals by mail. I was in quarantine so I couldn't mail them until a day before they were due, which is allowed under the B&N shipping return policy, but they claimed they never received the books and charged me $85 (more than I originally paid for the books). When I asked for a refund, they refused to help even though the books were postmarked before the due date, and the package was delivered. UPS stores were all down that day because it was near Christmas, so I shipped through USPS to the exact same address, but they said this was unacceptable.

The mirror my aunt bought me is a counterfeit. It's really a University of New Jersey mirror as I discovered when the cheap glue let go. I called them to see what they could do and they essentially said "take a hike".

Worst mistake I ever made was to send my son to RWU. Total waste of time and money. Paying student loan for bad so called education. Wish my son never was accepted.

School store for all your RWU needs. Though calling it a "Barnes and Noble" is wierd as they only cary ordered books. More of a partnership if you will. Very overpriced as well.
