“The tunnel car wash is HIGH END - state of the art! I get a new car every two years, and I'm OCD when it comes to my vehicles cleanliness in/out. I like it always looking like it just came off the showroom floor, and this place never disappoints! I have been through many car washes in the country, and this tunnel is STATE OF THE ART! The owner, manager, and staff KNOWSthat a vehicles is a customers prize possession, and they do everything to keep it that way!When I relocated here, I was totally new to the area. Before I knew about Blue Wave, I was running errands and passed Bristol Car Wash on Metacom and wanted a wash... Ugh - worst car wash ever! And, forget about getting any assistance as there's no one ever there, and the place doesn't respond to calls or messages. So, go to Bristol Car wash, and others —then come here! There's no comparison!!!!When I learned about Blue Wave, I was eager to try by the stellar word of mouth feedback! I was so pleasantly pleased by the service & care, the actual tunnel wash, and the complimentary CLEAN towels and spray cleaner to use.You also get a complimentary free vacuum with the purchase of a wash. Just ask one of the staff members, and they will gladly get you a token for one.I honestly laugh at some of these reviews. The best one was the deep scratches that look like it was done with a razor blade. You don't need to know the physics about a wash tunnel to know it can't do that!! ??♀️?And, if you're so unsatisfied with the wash itself, did you try to address and rectify the issue or concern with a staff member or the manager? This place thrives on ALL customer feedback! Most businesses don't take the time to respond to customer feedback whether it's good or bad but this place does!. So, just look at the managers' responses on here, that speaks volumes and his willingness to make every single person's experience a good one even though you can't make everyone happy in life regardless of what you do/offer.Rest assured, your vehicle is in good hands and extremely safe going through the tunnel wash. And, for any reason you're not satisfied - they will make it right!!!!I have seen some difficult customers during my trips to the wash, and every time, it was handled calmly & professionally!!!I contacted the car wash a couple of times since I've been going about their packages and wash books, and every time, they have called me back within a couple of hours of inquiring. I like the options the car wash offers if you need to contact them.Both times, I contacted the wash about packages, David took the time to call as well as email me with the information.Before David knew I was a customer, I was at ACE hardware looking for help with my telescoping Pressure Washer Wand that no one knew about but David was kind to take the time to help and also give me names of places that could help get the fittings I need. Even outside of the business, Blue Wave is always so kind.They always have great promotions going on, ontop of their highly affordable washes and packages!Thanks to the amazing staff for always doing a fantastic job and working so hard to keep our cars sparkling ✨️”

“I got a new car and am determined to keep up on cleaning it inside and out. This place is great because they have different plans. It is a monthly charge, but for $27.99 a month, I am able to get unlimited car washes and free vacuums. Sometimes I go multiple times in a week. With an individual wash being about $12, the plan seemed worth it to me. I'd say the only downside is sometimes I go through the wash and there is still some lingering dirty spots. Overall though I think it is worth the money.”
“We use Blue Wave all the time, they’ve been the best on the island for a long time. Free vacuums with wash and the attendants take the time to give you a pre-scrub. Even include towels and spray free of charge to clean down your car after.”

“You can not beat the prices here. They have a change machine & sell everything you need to clean your car inside & out. They even have a carpet cleaning machine, to clean carpet mats. I have never seen that anywhere else. This is the best place to go & clean your car.”

“Great car wash $20 for the works which nowadays is actually pretty cheap compared to how much most places are some almost if not $40 for the works. Does a good job washing your car they also have the individual spots if you prefer to wash it yourself. Very busy location though so I would prepare to wait and be patient especially on nicer days. Only wish they would do free vacuuming with the wash that some places do but can’t complain for the price. Would definitely recommend”
“I had my car detailed and it came out beautiful. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I have a windshield at the front of my hood. The car wash did not clean the hood beneath the windshield. Other than that, completely satisfied. For a moderate additional fee they cleaned the inside of all my windows. They were considerate, polite and thoughtful. I highly recommend this car wash.”

“Hate paying $12 for every car wash? Go here! You can pay a monthly membership for UNLIMITED car wash!!! $30 for minimum but I paid $40 to include wax cuz I work on the coast AND it smells great. Most mornings, I'll go to Dunkin then hit the wash... It's the perfect way to start your day! Never have dirty vehicle again! Plus, they prorate.. very pleased.. ?”

“I just got back from a long trip and wanted to clean my truck so I decided right before an apt I would try to squeeze in a wash for my truck and vacuum the rugs of my truck. I went inside the bay and the car wash didn’t work? I put in 4$ and got $1.50 back . So I then went to another bay and washed my truck and got more change from the change machine. If you have any questions or concerns there is no number to contact anyone? Anyway the Vacuum is very strong works great! And so does the car wash once it’s working. Also please don’t use change machine if your Not at least washing your vehicle because if they run out of quarters then No cars wash! Just saying.Services: Interior vacuuming”
