I have crippling arthritis. When dealing with a bad bout of it my doctor sent a prescription to this CVS. When I arrived to pick it up I was told that it wasn't covered under my insurance and the price was over 125.oo. I went to pay using a credit card but was still denied. The associate told me to come back in a week. All she wanted to do was argue. The next morning I called my doctor who then called the pharmacy to try and straighten things out. When I arrived the second time the arguing continued at the drive-,thru window. I eventually got my prescription. Final cost 12.ooThese guys are the worst !

This place is the laughing stock of the Bristol town Facebook page and I now know why. I've never experienced such a rude pharmacy worker. If I could give zero stars I would. Take your business anywhere else. Walgreens is right now the road. I was trying to get a simple question answered at the consultation desk on a SLOW SUNDAY and you would have thought I killed this ladies dog. She was unbelievably sassy with me for no reason. I just was curious for when my prescription was going to be ready because it's been on back order. Not a big deal at all. I honestly feel sorry for that miserable women. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to talk to people.

My frustration with this CVS is that it is never adequately staffed. I understand there is a labor shortage, but I also note that CVS pays quite poorly, and while service and cleanliness suffer, CVS's stock has risen consistently over the years, so their priorities are clear. Had to run by today to pick up a prescription, the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed at 1:45 PM on a Tuesday. They should try to do better.

If it was possible to give a review without choosing a star rating, I would. This location is the worst. When you finally do get to speak with an employee you feel like you need to speed talk because they sound RUSHED, making you feel rushed. You provide them with your name and DOB, I don't know why, they don't listen, they ask you at least a couple of more times. Write it down!! I have been trying for two days to get a new prescription filled, thank goodness it's not a LIFE or DEATH prescription, although it is a necessary one. I called and was left on hold for 30 minutes the first time, the second time I was left on hold for 15 minutes, I finally called the FRONT END STORE to see if perhaps the pharmacy was closed and I was holding for nothing. I was told they are busy and they don't answer the phone when they are busy. I said NOPE, "WRONG ANSWER"!! I said I am just as much as a customer on the phone as the ones in the store standing in line or going through the drive-thru. I asked to be switched to a store manager. I was switched to a SUPERVISOR and he was not helpful at all. He actually repeated the same words as the previous employee. He then said he was going to put me on hold and walk down to the pharmacy and pick up the call. I BELIEVED HIM and was put on hold. I waited an additional 12 minutes on hold, he never picked up the call. I ended the call and called CVS corporate to report this store as being the WORST EVER!! I told the representative at corporate if my insurance company did not make me use CVS I would definitely go elsewhere!!! I am totally DISGUSTED with this CVS location. I will definitely be changing my location.

Although I've found the pharmacy at this CVS to be efficient and the shelves well-stocked, the store needs a visit from the Health Department for their filthy refrigerated cases. When a company or store is too lazy to provide cleanliness for their customers, they're basically saying "we don't care about you or your business". They actually give out discount coupons for their refrigerated items but do squat to keep those cases clean! No wonder their Yelp stats are not good. One can only imagine what the customer ISN'T seeing. Would you buy milk from this CVS? Gross.

My prescription is on auto fill for the 20th of every month. I called on the 21st to make sure it was ready and the automated system confirmed. I went to pick it up the morning of the 22nd- two days after it was supposed to be filled and they didn't have it ready. They told me to come back in 20 min. ; I called and they still didn't have my prescription. They told me maybe in a couple of hours. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Don't go here. The pharmacy is awful, unless you like rudeness from a phamacist. They are constantly screwing up. Not having my absolutely necessary perscriptions filled. Last week they filled my freestyle cgm with the newest and greatest version, which was not disclosed to me. Get home and newest version does not work with my iPhone. Then I find they charged my MSA, for which I had a discussion with them previously when I picked it up. They want to sell me a hand held monitor, so they can make more money. Not to mention they are driven by the rebates they get. CVS does not care about the customer, its all about the money. Tonight my wife picks up my perscription and its something I have not taken in months. I did not authorize a refill on the text. Then the rude a** pharmacist is going to tell me its my fault. Literally verbally assualts me . Well CVS, I am done with you. And to the pharmacist, I am coming for you. You will be working at BK when Im done with you.

It's hard to get through on the phone . It took me 20 minutes to , talk to a pharmacist, and get though, all the automated options;and when I did , she was the most unprofessional, unhelpful, attendant ever. Suggesting, I should go to another pharmacy I am switching to a mom & pop pharmacy ( Westport. Apothecary) they care about their clients, not a big box store...

This is the best CVS I have ever been to! Staff is always incredibly helpful both pharmacy and front, they always go out of their way to help me find what I need and make sure my coupons are applied correctly.
