The pharmacy staff at CVS were under extra pressure. The pharmacy staff had a great experience today. Some pharmacists have adopted a kind, friendly attitude and are making an honest effort to build relationships with patients. The male pharmacist encountered today had a $4.00 savings coupon with receipt. Patients really appreciated the exceptional customer service and the hopeful future of the establishment. The staff are getting breaks and are not over worker which helps maintain pleasant employees.
Very disappointed with the pharmacy manager. Very rude and short tempered. I know people are overworked and tired, but she became snappy 10 seconds into the conversation.

This is the worst drive thru you got people asking question about there prescription that is done inside ordropping off there prescription and asking prices this s a joke I was the4 car and wanted 30 minutes
