Very easy to work with. Rented vehicle through my auto insurance after a little collision. Upgraded easily to a larger vehicle at our expense. Was brought to collision center at correct time for pick up. Contacted Enterprise with questions during rental period and they were friendly to work with.

I rented the car through my insurance. It's a small business but I was lucky the male staff provided me with a good vehicle. He was very polite and helpful. He met me at the collision center with the car which makes my schedule more convenient. He explained it to me thoroughly how it goes. Good job!

The person on the phone was very polite. My only qualm was that when I tried to book online it gave me a lower price than the one quoted over the phone. It wasn't a huge difference in price so they could have honored what I was quoted online, but the representative was very pleasant in her firmness of sticking to the price given to her. Since I'm not an entitled baby Boomer I didn't throw a hissy fit :)

Great Service here!
The staff was very helpful. They even gave me a ride back from dropping off my work vehicle at the repair shop! Fast and friendly service! Only askins for a larger selection of vehicles, but I hadn't reserved my selection prior to my visit so I was only afforded 2-3 options.

It was very convenient to have the car brought to our hotel. We were able to drop it off at a different location and they gave us a ride to our boat.
