“The first night not so good the room had a very bad odor they're was no open rooms to move to but the next morning the wonderful young lady at the front desk moved us to a new room. Yes we planned on going back there in the future. The staff was very friendly and professional I would definitely recommend this place to others.”

“After the infamous blizzard last winter, my car battery completely died. I called AAA thinking I just needed a quick jump, and a technician from the East Providence branch came out incredibly fast to help.
He got the car running, but the reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of his absolute honesty. He was very clear with me that the jump wasn't going to hold for very long—warning me it might not even hold the next time I tried to start the car—and advised me to make alternative arrangements. He ended up being exactly right!

During that first visit, he had offered me a replacement battery at a discounted price for being a AAA member. After thinking it over, I realized it was the smartest move and called them back. Just like the first time, they showed up immediately. Within just a few minutes, they had the brand-new battery installed, handed me the warranty, and I was good to go.

“This is where I currently reside. Absolutely love it here, comes with amazing features. Being on the other side of the bridge stinks for traffic reasons, but I'll make that accommodation for the luxuries I have here, for a university campus.”

“We came for a wedding and I sort of had low expectations, but you know what this was an amazing hotel at a great location between Providence and Newport. Also, it’s on the water. We had a great room with a beautiful view. LUIS checked us in was a superstar who was very accommodating, absolutely friendly and took really good care of us. Also odd for me to say that we had the breakfast and it was one of the best three egg omelettes I’ve had and it kept me full all day and I normally don’t eat breakfast so to have a breakfast included with the hotel was a real pleasure in a real treat. This was a good hotel and you know aunt Luis made it even better took good care of us.”

“This new person at front desk needs to be fired because he is not dog friendly and even said we had to be out by 2 , so the next time we come back with are dogs and that new guy is still there and gives us a hard time again like today I'm gonna sueing this hotel and don't try me because I'm one phone call away to sue the hotel THE ONWER needs to see this”

“My daughter and I have stayed at this hotel every Fourth of July for the past four years, we will be there this year as well and it has truly become one of our favorite traditions. Every single stay has been amazing. The river view is beautiful, especially around the holiday, and the atmosphere is always relaxing and welcoming.
The hotel has everything you could need — clean, comfortable rooms, a gym, washer and dryer access, snack machines, and even restaurants nearby, which makes the stay so convenient. One of our favorite parts is the pool, and we absolutely love that they allow later swim times when they can. It makes the experience feel even more special and fun.
The staff here are incredible — always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They have never given me any issues about bringing my service dog, which means so much to me and makes our stays stress-free and comfortable every year.
There’s also a nearby park that adds to the experience and gives us even more to enjoy during our trip. We always have such a wonderful time here that we never want to leave when it’s time to go home.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming place to stay with great amenities and amazing staff. We already look forward to coming back every year!

Please don't listen to the negative reviews. It's always clean in the hotel.They always do their best to keep up on everything and have housekeepers and maintenance people working at all hours. I have never had an issue with my service dog. As long as you provide the proper documentation , they do not bother you. They would not kick somebody out on the street for having a service dog. Maybe not having the appropriate paperwork , but not for having the dog itself. There is a fee if you don't have a service dog.”

“I can’t complain great spot great location and super friendly, one thing I definitely will agree from past reviews here is the water quality & it’s dated back to 4yrs ago & water is still brown so idk what’s the deal with that but I went to Walmart to buy gallons of water for me & my partner to bathe due to the water being brown & it’s nasty to shower in. So yeah that’s why I gave it a 4 star review but other than the water this place is very nice clean & friendly staff”
