“I’ve shipped out a lot of orders for my business and have been dropping them off at this post office since 2020. I’ve only ever had good experiences here. The staff has changed over the years but they’ve all been very professional and always happy to help. I prefer to go to this location vs others I’ve had to go to because of necessity. Also, USPS has never lost a package for me in these last six years. While other carriers have. Definitely my go to mail service.”
“I’ve lived in the area over 20 years. And although the postal workers have changed over the years they have always remained as some of the kindest in all of the city. This continues to remain my favorite station and has a small town/neighborhood feel to it.”

“I had such a wonderful experience during my passport appointment and felt it was important to share how exceptional the service was.
From the moment I arrived, Justin was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. He has such a great personality and immediately made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Applying for a passport can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Justin made everything so simple and easy to understand.
He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and kindness. You can truly tell he cares about helping people and making sure everything is done correctly. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out.
Not only was he kind and helpful, but he was also very efficient. The appointment moved quickly and smoothly while still making sure every detail was handled properly. That balance of being both thorough and efficient is something you don’t always see, and it made the entire visit a great experience.
I also want to mention how helpful, supportive, and organized he made everything, the entire appointment ran smoothly.
Because of Justin, what could have been a stressful appointment turned into such a pleasant experience. His friendliness, professionalism, and dedication to helping people truly deserve recognition.

“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”

He was very professional, friendly, and gave me advice that helped make the process smoother and more efficient on both our ends, all while being quite timely. “I don’t know the delivery man’s name but he went above and beyond to deliver 3 boxes of heavy books to my upstairs door. He even put them inside my door when I greeted hm . I live on Anthony Rd , Portsmouth. I told him he deserves 5 stars so here it is and again thank you so much!”
“I’ve never had any issues here. Granted sometimes I have to wait but it’s never been more than 10 minutes. The service has always been good too. I see there are a lot of complaints about how they’re rude. I find that odd. They’re not rude to me at all. I have seen very rude and demanding customers though. So maybe staff gets what they give and the people complaining need to chill and try to comprehend that life doesn’t revolve around them. Just a thought.
Only problem I could see at this place, and I could very well be wrong, is that I don’t think it’s handicapped accessible. I haven’t seen any ramps or lifts and a few times I’ve had to go in and buy stamps for a women with a walker.”

He was patient with me and helped me choose the correct way to apply for my passport. I've been to 2 other post offices about this (not for myself) and neither of them were as kind and thorough as he was. Thank you, grey mustachioed man, for making my morning!”
