I used to love coming to this laundromat. It was always clean and they always had friendly staff. I recently started coming back and every time I’ve come in there is somebody using multiple washers so that nobody else can use them, then you continue on and that same person is still using all of the dryers. There has been times where I’ve had to leave or just wait for a dryer because somebody is using them all for themselves or somebody else is leaving their stuff, that is done to just come get whenever they want. I was there tonight and it was pretty busy somebody had stuff in a dryer from the time that I had been there even washing my clothes so when I went to go use a dryer and there was none left. I took their stuff out so that I could dry my stuff and get out of there. Before I took the stuff out of there, I looked at I said somebody has left their stuff here for a while and it’s still wet. I got no response. She completely ignored me so I just took it out. Then she asked me if that was my stuff and I said no you completely just ignored me, She said oh I’m sorry. I thought you were on a head piece. When I went back in to get my laundry, she said is that your stuff I said yes, I continued to explain to her, my frustrations with the laundromat and how there should be a maximum amount of machines people are allowed to use at one time, especially because I wanted the woman using all the machines to hear me. I’m just not happy with my experience. I’ve come here for years. I always chat with Brenda when I’m there. I was even going to get a job there at one point. But now I don’t think I’ll ever come back, It’s annoying more than anything, and the new staff could care less.

Love this place. Always clean. The workers are there to help but allow you to do things at your own pace and don’t bother you. There’s a cash to change machine inside, but the washers & dryers also take card. Recommend!!

So I drop off and pick up. My laundry always smells clean and fresh. They do a fantastic job in a timely manner and as a bachelor, it suits my needs. But when I went to pick up my laundry on Friday and discovered a $20 bill neatly folded on the top of the pile I was amazed. I knew I had a $20 that had been missing but let's face it...I'm not the first idiot to misplace cash. And I had no idea where it had ended up. So I had written it off. But that $20 bill had been in one of my pants pockets. Instead of the laundy technician palming the money and putting it in his/her own pockets, it was folded up and stacked with the rest of my laundry. I will never go anywhere else becase at the end of the day, these people have EARNED my trust.

Brenda is awesome. I take all of my big bedding items like comforters and blankets here. Quick turnaround and great service. Good value also.

I ( and other customers) just witnessed an employee treat an elderly gentleman with the utmost disrespect! It was horrible! and when I tried to stand up for the man she was extremely rude, disrespectful to me. She literally berated him over the size of a blanket. I will never return! Although, I will say that the facilities are very good and you can use either a card or coins. But the associate working made EVERYONE extremely uncomfortable. I took my comforter out of the dryer, still wet and left.
