I just got my Tacoma back from Safeway after some rear end damage. The repairs were done in just 2 days and I had it back before the weekend. All sensors calibrated and everything is straight as can be. They took care of everything from getting me a clean new rental to dealing with the insurance companies. I mean it couldn't have been any easier. I now know why they are so busy. Oh, they washed/cleaned my truck inside and out too. 100+ Stars.

First off if I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would! Recently my 2024 Kia was involved in an accident the whole front end was completely smashed, my insurance company saw pictures of it and immediately considered it totaled and was fighting to have us remove it from there, not only did Celeste help us to get an insurance adjuster there to look at it and tell us it was fixable! Had we removed it from safe way there is no question in my mind insurance would have said it was a complete loss!! Not only did the amazing people at safe way fix are car but they worked with us on every aspect from rental ( which they gave us a fantastic price for) to repairing are car back to stellar condition it’s so good to know there’s still honest and caring businesses out there we were treated like family instead of being taken advantage of I would recommend safe way for any and all your car repairs or needs!! Thank you very much for taking care of my family like your own!!! I couldn’t be more pleased!!

These guys repaired the transmission lines on my mother's 2500hd Chevy. The lines were not replaced properly and the transmission blew after all the transmission fluid leaked out. The employee was fired for this. Now, they are claiming that they are not responsible for the failure and wont replce the transmission. They are claiming that the 4L80 is known for failure, which is surprising to me as I've seen this same transmission behind 1000hp race cars. At this point it's been a year with no results. Unfortunately we will be seeking legal representation

I was in Rhode Island for the Bristol Independence half marathon with a rental car. Race morning i discovered i had low tire pressure. I didn't have a pressure gauge so I took a guess at adding air to it. I also discovered the little valve stem cap was missing. After the race I stopped by here and explained my situation. The employee checked my pressure and replaced the screw on cap for me no charge. Thank you for helping me out in a stressful travel situation!

Took my Tahoe in here the other day. I was having issues and I wasn't sure if it was just my front brakes or also my rear brakes. They kept me informed of what needed to be repaired and were open and honest that it was just my front brakes. The prices were fair and all the guys working there were extremely respectful and explained everything to me. Highly recommend.

Refuse to do an inspection sticker, stated that there was no money to be made, even if they had a tech/mechanic fix or service the vehicle, and stated again no money, where is the customer service and level of professionalism, none of the less I will be calling the state regulators and file a complain.

Safeway is Amazing. They have saved me so much money. Just today my car had an issue I asked them to fix. They let me know it may be covered by the dealer under an extended warranty due to a class action. Well guess what, it is covered 100%. Not all shops will let you know that. Many will just do the job and take the cash.
