There is one young female pharmacy tech with blackish hair who is horrible. Absolutely HORRIBLE. If I had her name I would report her. I think I’ve had her 3 to 4 times now and what she does is if she doesn’t like what you’re saying she walks away. I called in 11 times and the phone calls all dropped so I thought I would stop in to check on my prescription. She was able to help me with that with help with the pharmacist, but when I said the phone isn’t working she said yes it is. Then I walked away but came back and said here are the number of calls I tried The call drops. She just walked off. She has done this before.
I spoke with a cashier at the front of the store and confirmed I had the right number which he said I did. He apologized for a rude behavior Shook his head. He said he would report it to the manager. I’m thinking about switching pharmacies because of her specifically.
I tested calling other numbers just to make sure it wasn’t my phone. Other calls were perfectly fine.
I wonder if there’s a way to block her from even touching my prescriptions it’s so disturbing to deal with her

The drive-thru has been closed for over a month so I have to go in every time I need medication tried home delivery it was 2 days late my pain medication been on backorder for 10 days they are absolutely no help in finding another place to get it. When it was Rite Aid they would find other Rite Aids that have it and have your ship to the store the next day Walgreens said they can't even look at other stores inventories and they did not offer to call would not recommend

Absolutely the WORST phone customer service I have ever dealt with in LIFE. TIP.. don’t call.. make the trip in or CALL A CVS!!!

Pharmacy staff & prices are excellent... (nothing like CVS's price gouging) On the other hand, their hours could improve because they are not very accommodating. Especially weekend & holiday hours.
