I have been shopping at CVS for years and have never really had any issues until now and it has nothing to do with the stores themselves.
I am really having a hard time using the app ever since it was updated.
I've had to ask multiple times how to find my CVS card location as well as having a hard time finding and scrolling to my rewards. I found the previous one super user-friendly.

Literally every month they're put of stock of my script the day I need it. Literally every single month i have to 2ait to have it filled longwr than 2 days. Here's an idea if you know someone gets script on a specific day every month maybe carry the meds regularly, not wait u til I request a refill to stock them.. this is such bull, so sick of going without my meds bc pharmacist can't put in orders correctly. Youd think someone getting their script from the same oharmacy for 30 years might actually have their meds stocked. It's not like I can just go somewhere else to get it either without it taking days to get transferred from my doctor. This is seriously so irresponsible of whoever is in charge of making sure they're stocked on stuff. Especially when it's medications someone like me with seizures can actually die when they go without their meds suddenly.

This pharmacy is the worst never has prescriptions ready. It takes them days to fill prescription. I love how they act like they are over worked but they stand around talking to each other, not filling prescriptions. They are not friendly. Very unorganized. I used to go to a busier cvs in target with two workers and never had issues and always so organized and friendly. Stinks this one is closest .

So first off, their automated phone system is the WORST I've ever encountered. On top of everything, I came to pick up my daughter's prescription for acute bronchitis today. I had to wait 10 minutes even though I got the text 20 minutes earlier saying it was ready to go. I gave her a dose as soon as we got home & a few hours later, I get a call from the pharmacy explaining that they gave me the WRONG medication. Like, REALLY WRONG. Medication for a yeast infection. Let's add one more thing, the medication she needs for the bronchitis interacts with the one she already took (possibly life-threatening) so she loses some EXTREMELY critical time here while we wait for the other stuff to leave her body. I cannot express the absolute disgust & anger I am feeling right now over this error, & the thing is, I blame myself because I should've known better, this same error has occurred with 2 other friends over the last year. I barely go into this CVS as it is, now they definitely will never see me again.

5 stars for the employees- polite, helpful and patient.
Let me say: I’ve been w CVS for 40+ years. I have the app that told me I’d have to try later.
If I could , I’d give zero on the new voicemail system for the pharmacy.
I needed to stop a script from being filled - no option for that. No option to speak w anyone and front end ppl are not allowed to transfer yr call anymore. The phone tree spent so much time buffering (I have good Wi-Fi and cell service) that it takes forever..if you can get thru, And then you have to leave a voicemail anyway!?
I ended up driving to the store .
So much for customer convenience.
I hope corporate is saving lots of $$ on this because I cancelled all my meds they have and am going elsewhere- which, btw, is also cheaper for Medicare patients for many tiered drugs.

The prices of CVS brand items is out of control. I went to buy antibiotic ointment and the CVS brand was over $10 for a 1-ounce tube. That's ridiculous!

Oral surgeon Dr. Sent a prescription to them after I had a procedure that was excruciatingly painful once the local anesthetic wore off,it was supposed to be ready by the time I got there about an hour later but as I waited in line as usual I noticed the people ahead of me 3 at least were not getting their prescriptions and told to return the next day or wait for a text from them, as I was told also,I waited about two hours and still no text, so I called them and explained the pain level to which she handed the phone to someone else, that woman said CVS didn't have it in stock so she sent it back to the Dr's office and that it "may" be ready 2 days!Truthfully this is the worst pain I've ever experienced, Clearly someone in charge at this pharmacy lacks empathy and has poor judgment
