We bought a Kubota BX-23s from this dealership 5 years ago. They've been incredibly disappointing to do business with.We had our 50 hour maintenance done by them only to discover they hadn't even bothered to change the fuel filter which was part of that 50 hour maintenance. It leaves us with questions about what other corners they may have cut.Every time I call, they don't answer and they never return a message. I recently called every couple days for two weeks leaving messages. I ended up calling the Wrentham store to ask if the Burrillville location was out of business.When my partner was at the Burrillville store counter today, there were three guys, and every time the phone rang, they dismissed the call. It was just my partner at the counter, no line.We bought from this dealership because they are only few miles from our home. We're frustrated that for our future tractor needs we're going to have to use somebody else.

I bought a Stihl easy to pull blower for my husband for Christmas. He never used it and is now on Hospice. They won't let me return it even thou I have all the paperwork and original packing. Not very good company policy. It's never been used!

These people are the absolute worst. Avoid like the plague. Not only are they incompetent, they are also dishonest. I was lied to repeatedly & when I asked to speak to the customer service rep, Nathan laughed at me & told me "he" was the customer service rep" & "what did I think about that?" I think this place is a total ripoff & gives the entire chain of Norfolk Power Equipment stores & Service Centers a bad name. I'll never do business with them again & would advise anyone needing to buy or repair any power equipment to look elsewhere. I already have a formal complaint filed with Ariens Corporate HQ, as they are a certified Ariens service Center. I'm giving them a one star rating, though they don't even deserve the one star.

Could not be happier with Norfolk. We had a warranty issue with our machine and our salesman Wayne had their driver pick up our machine asap. We had it back in two days.There was a mixup with some of our paperwork and Wayne took care of it and had asv finance reverse late charges on our bill.The mechanics are great guys and very knowledgeable. I asked a question about our machine and he called asv to find out and got back to me.Really top notch. The main driver has a lot of personality and is a great guy too. We are extremely happy with Norfolk. If you have any issues dealing with them take the time to talk to someone and they will help you out.

Didn't buy anything this trip because of the lack in lawn tractors right now. The sales person was great though and call the other location to see if they had any. I appreciated the help. I will definitely go back if I have items I am interested in.

I dealt with Peter in Sales, he was awesome! He took the time to explain the battery equipment and the different uses. Definitely will be going back to Norfolk Power. Great Customer service!

Tried to get a part but they couldn't find it available anywhere. It was for an old machine. They are basically out of inventory too due to all the supplier shortages. Picked up some other items but them seem pricier than Usual. Maybe its the Ri tax? I generally go to a location in MA.
