Wow. I called yesterday and left a message. Nobody ever called me back. I called today and got the pharmacy manager on the phone. Alan. He then proceeds to tell me that if I want my medicine delivered, I will need to go online and set it up. Why is he lying to me? I had stuff delivered last week. I wanted to know how much it would be for same day delivery, but Alan thought it would be better to hang up on me. Call the store manager, and I was literally told by her that she's not there to listen to this stuff. So the store manager Amanda doesn't want to be bothered with problems. The pharmacy then charged my card 9.99. They never told me how much I would be charged. Never got permission because I was never told how much.
I called the corporate number and explained what happened. I was told the pharmacy. Was on lunch and that I would have to call back after 2 and HOPEFULLY my medicine wasn't picked up yet for 2 day delivery in the mail. I did not want mail delivery for several reasons.
Now I have to call again because the lady from corporate can't be bothered to call me back or have anyone call me back. Where the hell is customer service anymore ??
Called corporate back. The agents at corporate are friendly and seem to care unlike the store manager Amanda who obviously does not. I was on hold with corporate over 20 minutes just waiting for the store to answer the phone for my agent from corporate to try to stop my medicine from going into the mail. Kinda funny corporate cannot even cancel the prescriptions from their end. After all these calls and time I think I would rather deal with a different store at this point. She is calling the front store once again to try to get to the pharmacy. lol I was just told the front store is arguing with the corporate agent telling her to leave a message. This is starting to get comical (I am editing this live as I talk with corporate) SO..
they cancelled the 2 day delivery and were finally able to set it up for same day. Total time on the phone with corporate for that ONE phone call almost forty two minutes! yes 42 minutes on one call with one corporate agent out of 6 or 7 total calls to get my medicine starting yesterdays call! almost funny, but really very sad. I needed these meds yesterday.
So now who do I get my medicine from?? hmm CVS and Walgreens got rid of all the small pharmacies. Maybe try Walmart.. Next call the bank..

Despite placing a refill for medication through the CVS app at 9 a.m., the process dragged on throughout the day. Calls at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. yielded little progress, with staff confirming refills were ongoing but lacking specifics or completion updates. I only learned through a 5 p.m. visit that the refill, initiated 8 hours earlier, was finally ready. This delay and lack of communication caused unnecessary inconvenience and a full-day wait for an essential medication. This review and rating are of the pharmacy staff members and not of the CVS main staff. I have yet to interact with them thus far, and their good work is why this is not at a lower star rating.

I will never go there again. U have very rude employees. Worry about playing around then doing there job. Asked for help. Didnāt want to help me told me to go to another store. I called the store and asked to speak a Manager, and the same person answer and act like he was the manager and when I catch on and told him I know u not the manager he just said sorry. Playing games on your phone and in store. Stay away!!

Drive through is an absolute dump! It's never clean. The pharmacists in fairness to them are great!! Very helpful even over the phone. It's not their fault the drive through is a mess but who exactly is responsible to clean it?

I'm not sure --at all-- as to why there are mostly negative reviews here. I've been a regular customer of this location for over 6 years. While the store isn't without issues (outdoor garbage can could use some TLC but I haven't really noticed in a while so maybe that's changed), the staff is really amazing, the store itself has a great selection compared to other locations, and the new curb pickup is amazingly efficient for my family.

This place is a dump. Trash everywhere. When I complained they blame the city. It is a private property and their responsibility to clean it up. They don't care at all about their community.
