Great Job! Chris & Ryan sanded out the water stains, filled gouges, and applied 3 coats of semi-gloss. Our worn oak floors now look great! Thank you.

Massud & Son recently helped us replace a big patch of flooring panels which we had to tear up after a water line in our home backed up and flooded part of the condo. They were amazing. Within two weeks of contacting them, the job was done - and just in time for us to host a big family gathering. Paul worked quickly to order everything, and their installers were great – including solving some tricky issues stemming from the type of board we originally used 6 years ago. I highly recommend these folks.

I visited their showroom on a recommendation from a family member. From helping me find the right flooring to building a proper subfloor to completing a beautiful installation, they were wonderful. Michael, Paul, and my lead installer Roger all professional, knowledgeable problem solvers with attention to detail. I highly recommend them. I love my floors!

Well, the last of the work was completed and our 2nd floor apartment is ready to rent!! Massud’s &Sons did a fabulous job. Their customer service was superb and the installers finished the job in one day rather than two. If you are in need of flooring do not hesitate to contact Massud’s. Everything about my experience with Massud's from start to finish was exceptional. My initial sales consultation with Paul was extremely professional and gave me confidence that this company would execute the job properly. Next, ordering the materials and selecting the installation date was smooth and easily fit into my schedule. Finally, on the day of installation, Gio and his partner did a phenomenal job. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this experience. Everyone is on time, completes the scheduled task, and leaves you with a feeling that they have integrity in the job they're completing. Massuds has renewed my faith in home improvement vendors! We had a wonderful experience with Massud & Son Floor Covering. They installed a new floor in our kitchen and it turned out fantastic. Throughout the process, they kept us informed and were incredibly easy to work with. We highly recommend them!

I wanted to work with a family-run type business versus a big-box store to have carpet and flooring installed in a 1,500 sq ft townhouse. The condo was part of an estate and it was showing poorly "as is" for sale. After reading several reviews I called Massud & Sons on a Monday morning and spoke with Joe Massud who came to the condo later that same day to take measurements. The following day I went to their location in Central Falls, Rhode Island. Joe had a quote prepared and he provided ample samples of flooring and carpeting selections to choose from within the quote range. The price quoted was in line with what I had briefly researched and it was certainly fair considering the volume of square footage to be covered. Equally as important was the fact that the installation could be done within the following 1-2 weeks! The installation crew(s) arrived the following week and the work was completed in 2 days which was just one week from my initial phone call. Joe understood exactly what was needed and commented that the townhouse would sell "...as soon as the installation was done..." and he was right! The installation was completed with attention details/finish-work and we received a full price offer at the first open house after the flooring was done! The quality of the materials used were excellent. It was notable how the well the separate Flooring and Carpeting crews worked together to accommodate each other's tasks to get the job done. Good communication is important and Joe Massud kept in touch with me and with the installation crews throughout the project until it was completed as promised. I would definitely recommend Massud & Sons for any flooring/carpeting needs and I would use their services again in the future!

I have only great things to say about Messud! The first thing is that they did an outstanding job on our living room and sunroom floors! The second thing is that they are very easy to work with and do exactly what they say they are going to do. The crew arrived in time, were very pleasant and polite, and got down to work. The job was completed in the time described. The second thing is that their pricing is very fair and straightforward. I have already asked them to do my next job: front hall, dining room, and parlor. An outstanding contractor!!!
