This place was horrible they tried to force me into a protection plan told me that it was mandatory with all their new iPhones for about four months when I have told them that I was gonna call T-Mobile to see if this was mandatory new rule. They immediately took it off. When I left the store, they added it back into my plan without my knowledge, not only that they gave me a power outlet Without me, consenting, and wanting to buy it very conniving very deceiving would never recommend nobody coming here and I did in fact, call T-Mobile and place a complaint.

Unbelievable customer service the worst I have ever had with T mobile I have never had a store tell me they have to wait to unlock safe to get phone after 15 minutes just to see if they have and what color I was told it would take 11 to 48 hour's to download the new phone and they would call when phone was ready call who are you kidding you have my phone how can you call me I am amazed that the rude manager and employee making fun if co workers and customers not happy at all very very bad

The worst over the phone experience I've had going into the store and on the phone I went in yesterday to get my warranty exchange it already arrived at the store on Tuesday I go in person Wednesday and I'm told it's not in there inventory yet so I left, I call today to ask when the latest I can go pick up the phone and they said the same thing EVEN THOUGH I GOT A EMAIL AND TEXTi was told to wait for. The woman who picked up the phone said they have been busy with lines out the door but that doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to get my phone. Eventually I will be taking my service to either another tmobile store or another phone company this is ridiculous. Also rep was very rude, and this is coming from someone who works in customer service.

Bad service all the time I have to go when I have to replace phone and I have to upgrade the phone I tried to get them free because that is supposed to be and call T-Mobile Corporation office they always say it's okay you're not paying fees you got your phone application for free I want to send to the store they screw me up they want me to pay for the phone even if I had the line supposed to have a new phone free they tried to make me pay again

This is my experience here. This is not counting the kindness of the employees. This is more of a review on policies, procedures, and training given them. This is a copy of the letter I sent the District Manager. I added the Post Script. Dear: I am reaching out to you to make you aware of a total breakdown of your systems for serving your customer. From purchasing, to training, to knowledge of the vendors you work with, my experience has been a total disaster! I bought a phone from an independent T-Mobile location in Central Falls, RI on Dexter astreet. It was a Samsung A32. It was purchased 9n 3/17/2022. I am a Sprint customer that was absorbed by T-Mobile. I also was a Metro PCS customer for years. The phone spazzed out and wasn't working for days. I spent no less that 12 hours IN YOUR STORE over multiple days trying to resolve this. Once, I spent 5 hours in your store, and twice stayed 30 minutes after closing. Once, it necessitated me having to buy an umbrella due to the rain that was occurring once I left the building. I just today received my phone. I was told, as well as your representative, via the speakerphone feature, that I would have to wait until the next business day to receive my phone back from Samsung. Samsung refused to work on the phone unless they had a receipt. I had given the receipt to your representative before I sent the phone off to be repaired. Samsung wanted a receipt, but I have now thrown it away. So, they sent it back unrepaired. This is NOT a good model, and in my opinion, should not be on the shelves. One of your employees had this model and gave it back because he had issues with it also, As a matter of fact, it's hanging up in the store. A customer showed an interest in buying a m A-32 while I was there and immediately, due to everything I've gone through over the last two weeks, told the customer, that the phone was not available. Your employees did NOT know if UPS could pick up the phone at my house ( which UPS can for a charge, unless Samsung pays for it ) and I ended up walking half an hour in 70 plus degree heat to drop the phone off at an Advanced Auto Parts store. TWO managers there have told me face to face that there's NOTHING they can do for me. This is why you are receiving this email. The employees were accommodating and kind and gave me a chair to sit on while I was sitting in the store trying to get a work this out. I look forward to hearing back from you. Lots more to email, but won't fit.

If I could rate this t-mobile 10 stars, I would. If I could rate Donald, the smartest Tmobile Crew worker I'd give him easily 25 or more stars. Thanks for saving my life by fixing my phone!
