“I had an emergency road repair (front break and tire) and they took me in within a few hours. They fixed both issues immediately and were incredibly reasonable. What started as a crappy experience on the road turned into a very positive experience with a local business. Great customer service! Thanks.”

“This company has been in our community for many years and always goes above and beyond for their customers. I’ve had body work done on multiple vehicles by them and they’ve always done exemplary work. Just today my tire was low on air and I was able to pull in and ask them for help filling the tire, and was helped with no hesitation. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and refused to take payment or tip for the help today. If you need to know anything about this company ask around in this small town and they will all tell you the same thing! Not only does they value their customers, but we value them as well!”

“Service team was wonderful. They listened to my concerns about a rattling noise and took care of it on the spot. It was the heat shield and missing bolts but while inspecting the car, the mechanic found a cracked axle that was leaking fluid. I am once again confidently driving my Subaru outback ! Thank you Valenti for your unsurpassed service!”

“I misread the hours for this business and showed up at 5:58 to get a headlight. The man behind the counter saw me sitting in my car and came out to ask if I needed anything before they locked the store. He was very kind and stayed open a little bit later to help me! Very grateful for this kindness. This type of customer service is rare these days!”
