“In 2010 I researched and decided to buy a new Outback. However, it was a new model year so inventory was low. I called around to different dealers to find the car I wanted and ended up two hours away. In 2023 I was trying to nurse that car along, waiting for car inventories to increase and prices to decrease, but the car didn't make it. This time around I decided to choose a dealer and stick with it until I could get a car. Valenti had the best reviews and my mechanic vouched for them.There was a months-long wait for a less-loaded new car but Valenti let me borrow a car for free. Very nice of them. As I was waiting for my new car to be shipped, I noticed a not-very-used 2020 Outback on the lot that would work for me. Two hours later I bought it! The purchase process went smoothly. I have had the car six months now without any problems.”

It was impressive, in that it was very complete and consise. Our insurance company accepted it, and we booked the job with Jeff and Steve. They took care of everything. Arranged a rental car for me. The job was done much sooner than we expected, and it is PERFECT. These men KNOW what they are doing! They are perfectionists. When I picked my car up, I think they detailed it! “The people are very nice. I ordered a spare key and was given a verbal estimate, but no paperwork. At the time we picked up the key, they added an extra $50 for 30 minutes of "labor" needed to sync the key to the car.Our family had a bad experience several years ago when unauthorized work was added to a repair bill. We felt that a phone call should have been placed even if the extra work was necessary to complete the job properly. Getting a big surprise of hundreds of extra unbudgeted dollars does not seem to be good business in our opinion.”

“We had gone to 4 other places looking for what we needed but felt like the salesmen were not interested in our best interests...until we went to barrets. We bought a lawn tractor, snow blower, weed wacker, and chain saw from them. George and Johanna are really friendly and listened to what we needed for our yard based on size and what we wanted to do and helped us pick out what we needed. They didn't try to sell us on a more expensive machine that we didn't need. They are very knowledgeable and we learned alot from them. When we got the lawn tractor we heard a rattling and they came to our house the next day to look at it. George thoroughly checked it out.
