“This company has been in our community for many years and always goes above and beyond for their customers. I’ve had body work done on multiple vehicles by them and they’ve always done exemplary work. Just today my tire was low on air and I was able to pull in and ask them for help filling the tire, and was helped with no hesitation. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and refused to take payment or tip for the help today. If you need to know anything about this company ask around in this small town and they will all tell you the same thing! Not only does they value their customers, but we value them as well!”
“Service team was wonderful. They listened to my concerns about a rattling noise and took care of it on the spot. “We had gone to 4 other places looking for what we needed but felt like the salesmen were not interested in our best interests...until we went to barrets. We bought a lawn tractor, snow blower, weed wacker, and chain saw from them. George and Johanna are really friendly and listened to what we needed for our yard based on size and what we wanted to do and helped us pick out what we needed. They didn't try to sell us on a more expensive machine that we didn't need. They are very knowledgeable and we learned alot from them. When we got the lawn tractor we heard a rattling and they came to our house the next day to look at it. George thoroughly checked it out. We are very happy with our purchases and are so happy we bought from them.”
