“In 2010 I researched and decided to buy a new Outback. However, it was a new model year so inventory was low. I called around to different dealers to find the car I wanted and ended up two hours away. In 2023 I was trying to nurse that car along, waiting for car inventories to increase and prices to decrease, but the car didn't make it. This time around I decided to choose a dealer and stick with it until I could get a car. Valenti had the best reviews and my mechanic vouched for them.There was a months-long wait for a less-loaded new car but Valenti let me borrow a car for free. Very nice of them. As I was waiting for my new car to be shipped, I noticed a not-very-used 2020 Outback on the lot that would work for me. Two hours later I bought it! The purchase process went smoothly. I have had the car six months now without any problems.”

“The clerk helped me with my rear windshield wiper. At first neither one of us could get it attached. Finally I said that she could keep trying while I go next door for some groceries. Told her I would check back in a little while. Turns out that the model I paid for was not the right one for my car. The clerk came and FOUND ME in the market (who even does that?) to tell me that she swapped out the product at no extra charge and had finished the installation for me. Don't tell me I got cheated. She did all this for a $13 sale. Totally super nice. Will go back in the future”

“The people are very nice. I ordered a spare key and was given a verbal estimate, but no paperwork. At the time we picked up the key, they added an extra $50 for 30 minutes of "labor" needed to sync the key to the car.Our family had a bad experience several years ago when unauthorized work was added to a repair bill. We felt that a phone call should have been placed even if the extra work was necessary to complete the job properly. Getting a big surprise of hundreds of extra unbudgeted dollars does not seem to be good business in our opinion.”
