Now this place is unique. It’s a forest village turned shopping center. Unique shops full of homade goods. Also has an emu (an odd looking bird) and a walk thru bamboo forest!

What a cool place! You can walk through the bamboo forest, visit the animals, or hit the shops! Personally i enjoyed myself as there's not much around like it, but my teen boys kinda thought it was lame. Maybe that shouldn't matter, but it does to me. I am always looking for different things to do with my boys and this wasn't really it. Hence the 4 star instead of 5. I would actually rate it 4.5, but alas we can't do halves.

The Umbrella Factory is a delightful assortment of shops, all set within a rustic farmyard ambiance adorned with lively chickens and a serene bamboo forest. Describing this place is challenging; it's an experience best appreciated in person.

I have loved this place and shopped here for more than ten years. I really would love to see friendlier, warmer & more attentive staff in the main shop. Every time I feel ignored and like I am an annoying pest if I want to ask for help to see the jewelry in the case. This place has so much potential, its sad to see it going downhill. Lets try harder to embody the hippie/ higher consciousness stuff we're selling, can we?

Fun place to stop. The grounds appear to be maintained better compared to years ago, but there seem to be fewer animals. Many of the items for sale are more generic and touristy compared to the former hippie- farmer-artist oriented items from years ago.

Love it here! The most interesting things to see. Exceptional people working, and they really help out small vendors. Been coming here for 20+ years!

Parking was chaos and dangerous, it was pretty scattered and random and could’ve done with more signage. Everything smells like dirt and patchouli. The emu is just in a pen by itself, VERY anxious and scary, and no one monitoring the situation so it could bite just anyone who ventures too close.

Just one of those spots you have to see to understand fully. We little our full little hippy selves out while exploring this fun place. Lots of photo ops and eclectic goods to be purchased. The highlight was this ADORABLE family who had a tent set up and makes their own tie dye awesomeness. They even partner with a church which I love!
