“I have been dealing with Pat's Power for 16 years professionally and personally. During this time the service in the sales department, and the repair department has never disappointed me. Everyone on staff is very helpful.
Just recently I had to purchase a riding lawnmower. I talked with Steve in customer service on a Thursday and told him I wanted to think about it, and would be back on Friday. He informed me that he would not be in, but that anyone on staff would be able to help. It was an extremely soft sell, no pressure.
On Friday I returned and was looking over the mowers when Tim came up, called me by name, introduced himself, and took charge of the sale in a friendly, and informative manner.
