I was in the area and I wanted to fish for Stripers and Tuna. I was hoping to get some info on places to go for both and for some tips and I received very little info. I watched a bunch of videos in fishing for Tuna and I went here hoping to get more info and some tips and I was surprised that I had more knowledge than the folks at this store . I was very disappointed, especially since I spent a lot of money. However , they were very nice and friendly and had all the tackle and bait that you need to fish for Tuna and all the other fish in the area.
I don’t recommend that you go to the bait store if you are looking for tips for Tuna fishing.

My son and i went in for a complete setup for beach fishing. We fish fresh water but know nothing about salt water. They went over everything. Rigged two poles up for us. Went over bait, lures, and where to go. Friendly and fun experience. Can not recommend enough.

I never thought I'd write a review on a bait and tackle shop - then I walked into Quonnie bait and tackle. I needed a ton of help purchasing fishing gear for 2 boys and Mike, Abby and Adam could not have been any better if they tried. From their knowledge to their patience, they made it a fun, educational and entertaining experience for me and the boys. All I can say is thank you Quonnie bait and tackle and we are definitely customers for life.

They have the right gear. The right bait, the right hours, the right location, to make your fishing experience turn out the way it should be. I forgot, fair pricing, and a good knowledge of what to use and where to go.

Best bait shop I even been I drive everytime from springfield massachuset and everytime there's something new....This bait shop here always gives me luck on my fishing days ... nothing but monster fish with the Quonny bait ,
