I Ordered a cord of wood delivered THEY gave me the time themselves early morning. Not Only did they not come after I took work time off from work they never even called I left four messages during the day, Absolute rednecks unprofessional don’t use them or use Thompson’s native would totally professional and better wood

I've said it before and I will say it again. A homeowners ability to maintain and repair their properties is only as easy and good as the folks they can find. We found the best in Ron's guys at Rocky's. First the fact that Ron actually calls you back is huge - that he actually followed up with estimates and scheduling in a timely manner is MINDBLOWING! With customer service lacking so much - it is really refreshing that there are businesses out there that get "it" even when they are busy.As for the service, Dan [is the man!! :-) He was such a pleasure, highly professional, knowledgeable, neat and efficient. I was amazed at the 10+ stumps he made short work off without destroying my property. And his new rig was an impressive piece of equipment!I highly recommend Ron and Dan and plan to use them exclusively. Folks when you find good people you keep them! These guys came out on a Sunday and worked in ridiculous heat and humidity. Very professional and very friendly. Price to remove several limbs 30+ feet in the air and limbs 10' high was very reasonable. Will use them againand recommend.

Ron and Justin from Rocky's came out and removed two huge brush piles. Excellent job and reasonable rates. I recommend them highly.

Rocky's need to get it together there is no communication. Called and asked for a quote, someone came out. I hired them, they came to do the job and said they could not do that for that price because they needed a lift. They re-quoted came out a second time, didn't do the work because they never made sure the lift was available for that day, didn't call the other company back just assumed the lift would be there. Had to re-schedule, this is now two days I took off from work to be there and still didn't get job done. When they did finally come they did a good job but we setup to have more tress taken down. They called and setup appointment for a day, they came out, I had one date they said they had another didn't do the work because he didn't feel comfortable without me being there, even though they we had discussed what needed to be done twice. We re-scheduled, this time my wife took day out of work, they didn't show up. I called them to see where they were and they said they could not make it because the rain the week before backed them up. So now my wife had taken a day off and still, job not done. If they were backed up from the week before, that is understandable, but to not call the customer and let them know is inexcusable. They don't communicate with anyone. i thought this was a great company but I have since told them I am done an will find someone else. I stuck it out for a year and a half with Rocky's but to me if you can't call, you can't communicate, you are not worth my money. If you hire this company, make sure you call them and verify they are coming to do the job or you may be left sitting around waiting for a no-call, no-show. I would not recommend this company to anyone after the way I was treated, very unprofessional in many aspects.

We've been using Rocky's for years. They always show up as scheduled, they are fast and efficient and do a good job cleaning up. Prices are reasonable too. Drew and Dan have come on several occasions and they go above and beyond and exceed our expectations every time. They are the best!
