This small post office is typically quiet and very clean during the week. Saturdays tend to be busy, especially in the morning when the line can be long. The employees are consistently described as super helpful, friendly, pleasant, courteous, professional, and super nice. One clerk was noted as being fantastic and walking a customer through a process. Management may have turned things around recently, resulting in outstanding service. Customers find it to be a great part of the postal service with gracious and outstanding people working there.
Small busy post office. Was in on a Saturday and the clerk was super helpful and pleasant helping me straighten out my forwarding of my mail. All the clerks are super helpful and friendly.

Small town post office that can do what they need to do. Only a couple windows available for customer service, but likely all that is needed given the size of the town. I would imagine there are lines during the summer and tourist seasons when the population triples.

Very friendly, efficient, competent, helpful, making everyone's life easier in many ways every day. We are so lucky to have such a service in Charlestown.
