“I'm a former customer, who switched to another bank with branch offices and ATM's closer to my home.
While trying to enroll in Zelle at my current bank, I was informed my email and phone number were already tied to Zelle with other banks. In order to enroll, I had to remove my email or phone from a bank where I have used Zelle.
As a former customer, I could not access my info on their web site. I called Dean and spoke to Josh at the Blackstone office. He consulted with another department, and in less than 10 minutes Josh deactivated my phone number from Dean's records. I can now enroll with Zelle at my current bank.
Josh was friendly, understanding, and very professional and it made my day to have this resolved so quickly without a trip to the bank.
If my current bank does not work out, I'll return to Dean. Perhaps if they add more ATM locations or branch offices in the Millville/Uxbridge/Whitinsville areas, I'd be inclined to return.

“Elizabeth Shippee was wonderful, and I highly recommend her services. After many years with Santander, I decided to close my checking account and move to a different bank with an interest-bearing account. Unfortunately, I later discovered that a Zelle transaction that appeared to have been completed had not actually gone through, and I didn’t realize it until after my account was closed.
Without going into all the frustrating details, I spent multiple hours on the phone with Santander customer service trying to resolve the issue and recover my funds, but I was unable to get a resolution. As a last resort, I went into the branch to see if someone there could help.
Liz took the time to listen, gather all the details, and made it her mission to help me get my money back. After nearly 2.5 months, the funds were finally refunded to me. I truly believe that if it weren’t for Liz’s persistence and dedication, I would not have recovered my money.
She went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help and professionalism. I think she deserves a raise!”
“This Bank of America location is the best one I have ever been to. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! We were closing on our house and our puppy ate our cashiers check down payment the night before our closing (worst night ever). The manager, Bethany, spent all day the day of our closing to make sure we were able to get another check and close on our house the same day. My wife and I are forever grateful for them. I’m not sure if we were going to another location that we would’ve been able to close on the same day. I could never thank them enough for their hard work and this experience will make me a Greenville Bank of America customer for life! Once again thank you guys so much! “Sunday night I went to the drive up atm to deposit a large amount of cash. Of course I shoved too many bills in. It kept my money. And did not verify the deposit. I panicked. The banks are closed on sundays. I went in early Monday morning. Freaking out a bit. I learned the drive up atm is handled by an outside company. More panic set in. I needed to deposit that money immediately. They don’t come out until Tuesday for that atm. But. Within an hour. The company had come out. I got a call from citizens. They deposited my money. And I didn’t have to leave my house again. Couldn’t be happier.”
