Carla was great! She was very knowledgeable and quickly responsive to all of our messages. She always had the answers to our questions and when she didn’t she always ensured to find it out. She helped us buy not only our first home but an investment property as well. We highly recommend Carla!

This lady works hard and found us several place as we were out of state. She did several video tours and got all our questions answered. Carla was wonderful up to closing on our new house. I even used her a couple of years back to sell a home too. She is very honest and told me straight out what was needed. She knows the market as well as the area. She even made several suggestions that helped us emensley. I recommend her most highly when you need to buy or sell your property.

I've used a number of realtors in the past and Carla is the BEST!! She helped us get into a home that is perfect for our family. She is very responsive and quick to arrange showings. She also sold my previous home and used many methods to get the maximum value. Best of all, she is friendly, down to earth and truly wants to help others. Highly recommend!

Carla is knowledgeable on all things home related. It’s like having an inspector with you while looking at houses. I trust her judgment and her opinion when it comes to making an offer. She is easy to communicate with and there for you whenever you need her. She even showed up to the signing of our condo, which has not always been the case when dealing with other realtors in the past. I will be contacting Carla for all my future home sales and purchases, and I highly recommend you do, too.

Karla found my my dream house, on my dream property in what turned out to be my dream town. She "Felt us out", with a few test properties, discussed what worked and didn't' work about each one, then suggested a property that I personally didn't want to look at due to the poor pictures in the listing (Done by another agent). Turned out that those bad pictures saved me TENS OF THOUSANDS. Karla found me what I wanted, not what I was asking for - literally 100% of my dream wish list, in a town that has become my home (That I didn't initially want to move to). None of which was on my radar. Great agent!
