I’m only giving it a one star review because that’s the lowest I can go. The gentleman was very nice. He was on time. He was very courteous came out for my dishwasher not draining,I guess it wasn’t working. Put a wet vac in. It did not pull the dishwasher out did not look at any hoses. Ran it twice put a wet vac in it left and said it was perfectly fine. Charge me $185 was here for about five minutes. I wake up this morning and there’s water all over my floor and there’s water all in the bottom of the dishwasher. Tried to call the company twice last night and this morning and no one called me back yet.

What a terrific company. I trust them implicitly- competent, honest and trustworthy - the real deal and they know their stuff. They do everything you wish other repair/installation businesses would do - or any business for that matter - they call back/arrive when expected, they are neat and respectful of your home, and they are fair and honest in their business dealings. I don’t recommend many businesses to friends and family because many disappoint -not the case with Ryan’s Appliance Repair. A+ rating from me!

Ryan (and Tom) 's service is great on all counts, from the initial scheduling, keeping directly in touch, diagnosing and solving the problem and cleaning up when the job was done. They are friendly and professional -plus their fee is completely reasonable!

Ryan is great. He is punctual, a great listener about your problem an excellent diagnostician, friendly. Wouldn’t call anyone else! So happy I found him. I would recommend him anyone that needs appliance servicing.

I was happy with everything but not all the new parts were used. My garbage disposal was changed out but the old mountain bracket , gasket , drain cap and elbow were all left in. Thought everything would be changed out gaskets break down and I'm sure the old drain elbow has build up in it.

Fast, efficient service. Tom, my service technician, was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, got the part ordered and was back in a couple days to fix my machine. It was easy to schedule an appointment on line and the communication was great. Highly recommend.

Entering a service request online was easy and painless. The initial visit was quick and extremely reasonably priced. My washer needed a new part. The part was ordered promptly and as soon as it arrived the technician was right back here and installed it quickly and expertly. Machine is a okay once again. Thank you very much. The pricing was competitive and well worth it.
