“The Old Post Office Antiques in Chepachet, Rhode Island, makes history part of the shopping experience. Housed in a former post office building, the shop blends architectural charm with an eclectic mix of antiques that feels both rooted in place and constantly surprising.
Inside, shelves are filled with everything from vintage kitchenware and glass to furniture and quirky collectibles. Each corner holds something different, making it a favorite stop for both collectors and casual browsers exploring northern Rhode Island.
What sets it apart is how the building itself adds to the character of the find. Browsing antiques in a space that once connected a town through letters and parcels adds a layer of authenticity, tying together past and present. #chepachet #rhodeisland #oldpostofficeantiques #newenglandhistory #antiqueshopping”

“A+
This place is wonderful! It is so beautifully arranged with a very extensive inventory of all kinds of beautiful items. It is magical therapy as soon as you walk through the door. Additionally, the proprietors are the loveliest people; kind, helpful and warm.
I have found so many lovely things to make my apartment actually feel like a home.

“Many vintage and retro items from a lot of different vendors. Large building with roomy aisles to roam. The owner, Mr Rossi is very knowledgeable and will share his wealth of information if asked.”
“For buyers: They have high quality antiques at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and are helpful packaging fragile items. On the sticker price, look for automatic discounted items based on how long item has been there. .
For sellers: I was in the greenhouse area today during a storm. It was dry and no leaks! They are in a great location with plenty of parking.
Overall the place is clean and not full of junk. Wheel chair accessible.”
“Great small card shop. We stopped in to see if they had any One Piece Cards, and they had a ton of singles. They cleared an area so we could sit down and go through them. It was actually a very fun family moment. We had a good time trying to find characters we liked. They had a good selection of other cards. Baseball, football, Pokémon and much more. Very cute little shop, a must stop.”
