I had a fantastic experience with Auto Solutions yet again, They were honest, fast, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but these guys went above and beyond. Fair prices, clear communication, and great work — highly recommended! Oh and did i mention how clean the waiting room and working areas were!

If you've tried the rest, now try the best! Immaculate and impeccable, the place and the service. Kept my 2000 Toyota Celica GTS running like a champ through it's 23rd birthday, and 200,000 miles. Then the Celica got an opportunity to retire in Florida, and had no problem saying goodbye to New England Winters. Fast forward to the emergency repair they did to my Subaru Forrester the other morning, with limited notice, they had me underway in no time. It doesn't get any better than this!

I came here to get a diagnostic heard humming and clunking and told them I was pretty sure it was a wheel bearing and a strut or strut mount and they told me it was a whole bunch of other stuff it wasn’t and wrote me a 2500$ quote they were right about only one part and that was the axle I got it fixed at my mechanic shop I only went to this place because my mechanic was not in that day and it was bothering me so auto solutions told me my struts and wheel bearings were fine and told me it was a whole bunch of other stuff to try and upcharge me so I got the tire rod replaced my mechanic said they was nothing wrong with it and they lied to me and axle they were right about but my wheel bearing was indeed what was making the sounds and the strut mount which I told auto solutions this is what I assumed it was even after I fixed what they said the sound was coming from and it didn’t change anything 500$ later on top of the 135$ I spent having them look at my car for two seconds and just have it sitting on the side of the building and not calling me so come to find out I was right about what was wrong with my car and these mechanics couldn’t figure it out so that’s 135$ down the drain plus the 250$ for the tire rod that was practically brand new , and it doesn’t help when the two ladies working at the front counter are rude and hate their jobs/lives , they were rude from the start just miserable and hate their jobs it seems like and don’t care about the customers at all the mechanic was cool tho but he clearly doesn’t have much experience and they are super overpriced

I nearly got stranded the other day when my car key suddenly stopped working with my car. Thankfully, I was within walking distance of Auto Solutions. Alana and Rachel at the front desk were not only very friendly, but they were able to help me resolve the issue without even seeing the car. This saved me potential hours of hassle. Prior to this incident, I have been taking my car here for years and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!

I been going to auto solutions for 12 years. They are not cheap run down place, but they do a excellent work and stand bye there work. They are honest. Fred, and his wife are very nice and care about there customers.

I needed multiple repairs after my check engine light turned on. They diagnosed the issues and repaired them in less than 2 days. Very satisfied with the repair and fast service.
