Back in the day I used to buy a lot of stuff through by then. There are still a couple great employees, but besides them the negatives outweigh the positives.

I just came from Autozone in Coventry and they were amazing especially Reis!! He took the time to take out my dead battery and replace it with a brand new one and explain everything he was doing! His customer service and his knowledge of mechanics was amazing and I now found my new “Auto” guy!! Thanks so much Reis I’ll be seeing you again when I need you!! I highly recommend this store it was a great experience!!!!

I was sold a junkyard battery by my insurance company's roadside assistance rep who couldn't get my original battery to charge. My car wouldn't start the next morning, so I got a jump and went to autozone on a trusted mechanic's recommendation, since the shop didn't have my battery in stock. Russ at autozone was super helpful and even took the time to clean the battery connections before installing the new battery.
