I went to exchange a 10$ bill for a roll of quarters .. they asked me to provide the driving license, second form of ID and social security number .. since i didn’t had any account in their bank .. citizens bank across the street gave my roll in like 10 seconds ..

Just spent a half hour trying to make a deposit via an ITM. They apparently schedule one teller for the entire bank for the 2:00 hour. First lane I tried didn't seem to be working (wouldn't contact teller), second lane "hung up" on me after waiting for at least 15 minutes, and third one was another long wait. Watched a couple other cars get served first, but otherwise almost no one was in line. Tried calling the bank, but gave up after 15 minutes of waiting.They've also credited the wrong account on us twice when we've tried to make deposits, didn't send needed bank statements, etc.This bank used to be fine, but since their merger, has been a problem to deal with.

Long time Putnam Bank customer. Now almost impossible to get someone on the phone and when leaving messages I never get a return call. Very disappointing. May be time to move accounts.

VERY discriminatory. Quotting regulations and laws that don't exist to prevent working non traditional families from banking with them. Horrible.

I wouldn't trust them with your money. Outdated systems lack the security required to survive in a world of cyber-attacks, putting your capital and the livelihoods of all (unhappy) employees at risk. Use a real bank, not one with a facade of a nice community bank.

Not customer service friendly. Extremely slow inside the bank. Sent notice on safety deposit box to the wrong address from 8 years ago. Clearly gone downhill from what they used to be. Overall, disappointing.
