The staff were more than compassionate and accommodating working with me to not use my unit. I can not say how grateful I am to them. It is not often you find staff like this these days. Set everything up online, which was a breeze. Had some questions about the unit, and Darcy was super helpful and polite. She even called me back after physically checking the unit for my concerns, putting my mind at ease.

When purchasing the Communication was very good. I wish they advertised a more accurate price. With additional fees I'm paying more than what I expected. The facility is clean and my storage area was also clean and dry.
