Today I had confusions about why my key would not open my lock. I called the office and Taylor came over to my unit’s building with a smile and solved the mystery. Later on I had questions about how to open the gate to leave (it’s under construction). I called and she once again patiently helped. Thanks again Taylor, your kindness means more than you realize :)

Decent storage facility. Pretty well secured. Easy to drive up to an outside unit. The outside units entrance is on a side street behind the main building.

Awesome guy in the office in Coventry rich is the man Great customer service. I had a slight issue a minor complaint and he handled it no problem. Better than my expectations could’ve hoped for the company needs to hire more people like rich. after they give him a well-deserved, raise the other man rich again thank you very much

I currently have a unit in Coventry. Facility wasn't able to find my keys. Extra space representative was very helpful and expediated. The removal of old lock. And was able to complete my side job in the morning.

Rich was super helpful getting us set up with our storage unit. The process was quick and efficient and very easy! And the unit looks great. Clean and easy to access. I highly recommend the Coventry location. Jay and Rich are so nice. They made me feel so welcomed. The storage unit was clean and perfect for what I needed and the price was better than most places I called.
