Fagan has a justly-deserved reputation for quality and service. I am very pleased with the complete new garage door system I had Fagan install for me earlier this year. The installation technician was efficient, polite, and professional, and my communications with the office staff and sales representative were top-notch.

We had to place an emergency call after hours and, while a technician wasn’t available in our area that night, our door repair was completed by early afternoon of the next day, with the technician arriving as scheduled and working quickly and professionally. The customer service staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Fagan Door for service.

We would like to thank Fagan Door Systems and our installer, Karim-Abdul. The entire process was easy and very pleasant. Kathy, our salesperson, was very helpful in choosing our new doors and explaining all our options. The installation was scheduled to meet our timeframe. Our installer, Karim-Abdul, was on time, professional, and his workmanship was outstanding. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. When he left, we had new garage doors that looked amazing and the area was spotless. Would highly recommend Fagan Door Systems to anyone looking for quality service and doors.

Diane and the team at Fagan Door Systems were amazing. Helpful, patient, professional and knowledgeable. First we got an old door repaired (scheduling the repair was quick and easy), then got new doors installed some months later. Diane provided lots of options and information, and the entire process was very easy. Both the repair and new door install happened on time and on schedule, with text alerts as the technicians were on the way. I hope I don't need new doors again, but if I do I'm calling Fagan Door Systems.

Fagan Door Systems was contracted to install a new garage door opener for me. They have now been here on 3 occasions, and it is still not working properly. I also do not appreciate their customer service team. They are very condescending when they talk to me. I cannot advise that you should do business with this company.
They do not appear to know their products very well and their customer service team make you feel like you are an inconvenience when you call.
