Bought a mylar balloon for 5.00, which deflated 2 hours later. Went back to get refund. They said no, it was fine when you left. The cow behind the counter actually said, it didn't have a leak when you left. Okaaaaay?! It's ok though, what comes around, goes around. A brand new Dollar Store opened one block down, we'll just use that store in the future. Disgusting store anyway, but was desperate and convenient when driving by. No deal is good if the products are inferior and your customer service lacks.

Its Friday at 12:30 and the woman that is working there is soooo pleasant!!!! I don't think its just because its a nice day...I think she's a just a happy person in general. You don't see that much any more!!!! Thank you family dollar. She helped me look for caramel candy bars without me even asking. Nice lady!A+ Heart of gold!

Best experience from a Family Dollar. Store is well organized and stocked. Prices are generally lower than competitors. Cashier has a keen sense of remembering customers, and he is both polite and patient.

Best family dollar around! love the staff. So friendly and professional. They helped me set up my app for the smart coupons which saves ALOT of money! Will be shopping at this location instead of the bigger chains.

Employees are clueless the computer system always has a problem no one ever answers the phone keep products on the shelf and when they dont ring up oh we cant sell that the price is wrong all while there are multiple products still on the shelf or hanging in the clothing section... Store needs an overhaul and employees need to be retrained management included
