I tried the online customer service support first, and after waiting 40 minutes, was not able to get any help. I called the Coventry branch, and Kyle stepped in and went above and beyond to help me out. He did everything he said he would do (including following up daily with me) to ensure my issue was resolved. In what would have otherwise been a very stressful situation, I felt very re-assured knowing he was keeping an eye out for me and would followup with everything he said he would do. I appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and understanding throughout it all. The absolute best customer service. Thanks again.”
