The Coventry Metro has the nicest people working there . Very helpful, no hurrying you along . I had an issue. It was almost closing time, and they were very patient with me to get the issue resolved. I'm very happy .

Every single time I have gone into this location they never have what I need, they are. Customer service sucks really bad. There's only one girl who runs a couple of the metro locations and she's absolutely fantastic. Her name is Tina. She will go out of her way for her customers all the time. I'm almost pretty sure she's a manager, Tina has gone above and beyond for my husband and I on numerous occasions looking for a good deal after all we've been a customer for the past eight years but if you want to see anybody see her if she's not there I won't deal with anybody

I usually enjoy coming here not this time.. rep .. of course was interested in selling.. and going to have a cigarette outside and when I asked for help was told she only knows iPhone so wouldn't help.. not impressed..

They told me the T mobile internet was in my area and it's not and gave me the internet devise and it's activated through someone else I am infuriated I will never go to this store ever again and when I brought the device back the kid had an aditude I'm so upset

I went to this location today for a New Phone, Bluetooth Headset, Case and Glass screen protector and the customer service was extremely RUDE not to mention the spanish music was so loud i had to repeat myself several times and they still did get the information right. Both the girl and guy was so rude i just walked out but the girl was most disrespectful. Definitely NOT going back and may switch carriers. Not something i would expect from my local store ?

Very rude customer service by a gentlemen named mortiza...Had to go to a different store to resolve my problem and get my phone working correctly again. Management should be ashamed of themselves by hiring this boy!

I've been a customer for 10 years and will not be returning to this store again. Possible getting rid of metro all together. Amethyst was less than thrilled to answer my questions about new phones despite the store being empty when I arrived. I also asked questions about my plan and again she couldn't care less. Bought Nord N200..very disappointed with the phone and Amethyst.

They knew what was wrong with the phone. I was happy to learn. The warranty did not expire. So, in 3 or 4 days. I will have the replacement. I only go to this store because of the service I receive. They are very knowledgeable.

The Employee that helped me, Jaleeza, went above and beyond to fix my issues the day I was there! Even though the place was extremely busy, she was attentive and helped everyone! Deserve a raise and I 100% would come back and recommend people to come to her!
