“I had the most blessed and thankful experience with Carlos from this location. I’m relocating to Florida from CT and it’s been a series of unfortunate events. Yesterday was my LAST day to get my pod self loaded after a failed attempt on Saturday.
I was 30mins past the close time when I finally arrived. Carlos came out like an angel and said “no worries…I’ve got you!” I legit broke down into tears. I had been on hold with the PODS customer service dept for over 1.5hrs PRIOR to I was due to arrive. Carlos took care of me and not only picked my pod himself but provided a lock because I’d left mine behind. He made sure I was taken care of and I’ll be forever grateful to him and his kindness considering they were closed.
If I could give him 10⭐ for just overall great service I’d would.
That man is a walking angel amongst us.

“State Funded Move for Disabled so I do not know the cost. However, as a 55-year-old woman person with a disabled daughter I was very grateful for their service in fitting us in when out other movers had to cancel due to Covid.-19. They went above and beyond to move us, even moving my daughters beloved piano without a scratch. They moved all our electronics carefully also. They built a box for me when I needed one more. Above all, when I went upstairs that night after they left, I found they had built my bed for me and put the mattress and box spring on for me. I didn't have to sleep on the floor! No mover has ever built the bed for me.”
