Honestly I have to come here to drop deposits off and I hate it. The drive through service is absolutely the most miserable experience I've ever had. I come with max 3 small deposits and it takes them 20-30mins to complete them, the fact this recurringly happens is just a straight up miserable

Been with bank for years. There are no contact number or way to call branches when they are open. Call the 397 1900 at 5 on Friday and 10 on a Sat can't talk to noosneck branch. Horrendous.have a debit card that is delaminated and can't see the numbers any longer and they want charge 10 to replace.

Deposited a large check on 2-16-2023. Been with them since many years. Check was from chase. os said 10 days to clear. I called and complained. Branch manager so he said 5 days to clear. I am leaving this bank. I cashed large checks before at big banks. 3 days cleared. Oceanstate cant deal with large checks. This bank is a joke. Stay away.

Stay away. Customer service practically non-existent. My October payment was released on October 7. It's now end of day, October 12, still not posted and have not received a response to my email inquiry. When will they catch up to this century and offer electronic payments? I had a car loan with another credit union and payments were posted the next day after release. Crazy!

They rip you off in overdraft fees cost me $30.00 for overdraft of 22 cents I intend to place a complaint against them for this is crazy

Ocean State is a great credit union with a long history of reliable service and management. I have had great experience with the loan department for friendly and professional staff that is knowledgeable and customer satisfaction oriented. Always a pleasure to work with.

This place is horrible! My payments are not applied properly. I’ve spent hours trying to get answers. Finally, Courtney looked at my account. Apparently fixed it, but it is now screwed up again. What company nowadays doesn’t accept electronic payments? I know it’s New Year’s Eve, but it is not a holiday and I can’t get through to anyone!! Terrible credit union.
