Towing side exploits college students for what little funds they already have. For some reason, this is the towing company for the URI Kingston Campus? Despite the fact that the location is all the way in West Warwick, meaning you either need to get a ride (30+ mins there, 30+ mins back…) or take the bus (1hour + half there…) since they have taken your car.
The spot I was towed from I’ve parked in all semester without issue, but after my car was there for one hour (!!) it was removed. I’m not sure how these people sleep at night knowing they are taking grocery money from struggling college students.
Complete waste of time and money.

I made a bad decision and abandoned one of my older cars, it was picked up eventually by this towing company. They sent me a letter but i read it very late and would most likely of had to go to court for it. But when I got there they were very very understanding, and helped me out and made me ONLY pay the tow fee. They have literally saved me thousands of dollars and time in court, really cannot thank or recommend them enough. The man in the office at west warwick ave literally could not have been nicer, overall 11/10 experience, will for sure be recommending this company in the future. Thanks again guys :)

I had a accident he claimed that he had a second person help him put my truck on the flat bed .He charged me $65 for that he claimed he cleaned up the accident scene which he charged me $35 .This guy is shady if he cleaned up the scene id like to know where my front bumper is.

Had a tire blow on 95 Sunday morning. Pulled off and found Pat’s. Dispatcher said he’d had his guy call - actually called me in 5 mins. Gave my location and he was to me in 15. Tire changed and ready to go…. Huge help!(And the rate was reasonable, too)

Worst service imaginable. Freddie M., the dispatcher was so rude and inconsiderate; he failed to listen. As a result it took nearly 3 hours to get my car to the right shop. Wasted my 4th. of July arguing with a bufffoon. Champagne prices, Kool-Ade Service.

I was speaking with a person name Freddie M. and he probably couldn't have been more rude. Fred didnt provide me complete information when speaking (price of services & car location) he was snark and had ignorantly told me, amoungst other rude words, to "smarten up" and shorlty later hung the phone up without finishing our conversation. I had jokingly asked if the tow was free since he hadn't mentioned price at this point, and Fred couldnt calmy speak to me making it a personal matter and insulting my intelligence. Then went to Pat Towing because they wouldn't release it to my attorney to tow to the autobody shop, giving me a difficult time again, as i arrive at Pats Towing, it was reported the vehicle had been moved to the autobody shop. Id recommend staying away from business that hire individuals who dont respect you nor do anything to correct the situation.

They are a ripoff with there towing prices, I won't recommend them to anyone. I was charged by the tow truck guys $203.28 cash for 1.2 miles. Please call someone else don't use them for anything.
