Seeing 2 department supervisors go at each other in the florist department was very disturbing.
I'm in management if my supervisors were doing that I would of sent them home. I understand how difficult their jobs are but that was NOT called for on a sales floor..
Next time take your concerns where no customers can see it. They wouldn't want their employees doing that so they shouldn't either.

Meats and produce are terrible as well as prices, Market Basket is the way to go. I was in stop and shop on a Sunday around noon, and they had only 2 registers open with no baggers. What a cheap and poorly managed store.

Not sure what has happened here. In the past I really enjoyed my on line orders with store pickup. The past 4 weeks I have thrown out most of the produce that has been picked for me. At first I thought it was the order pickers but now I’m thinking it is the produce manager who either can’t pick fruit or doesn’t discard and fruit and sells it instead. Time for a new supermarket

Always have a large variety. Down side is too few cashiers. I don't like self-checkout.

Lori (cashier)and Wendy (bagger) offered a pleasant, helpful and welcoming morning checkout. It is wonderful to have real people really involved and present. It's experiences like this that will keep customers coming again and again. Interaction and those who are intentional has value that sets places like this apart

Don't every buy gift cards from this store. Blatant criminal activity here. Bought several gift cards from this Stop and Shop that were already stolen. I verified with Visa that the cards were all spent the week after I had purchased them for Christmas gifts, when they tried to use them, they were already spent. I brought the detailed information Visa had provided me about the purchases to the manager and he refused to help me and indicated they only keep a week of security footage. After rolling his eyes at me multiple times and being rude, he told me stop and shop can't help me and to not purchase gift cards there. I filed a police report but have no hope of getting my money back.Given the attitude and the way the manager handled the issue, I won't ever shop at Stop and Shop ever again.

The people are great. The self checkout is a joke. It calls for assistance several times during the transaction no matter how careful you are to follow the rules.
